extriCARE® 1000

Control Within Your Grasp.  Welcome to a new paradigm for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy.  The extriCARE 1000 is a lightweight NPWT unit intended for use in wounds with low to medium level of exudate.  Designed for both single and multiple patients, the extriCARE 1000 unit can set different vacuum settings (80, 100, or 125mmHg) and vacuum mode (continuous or intermittent), allowing the therapy to cater to different clinical situations.     A workhorse air pump enables the pump unit to be used as long as the therapy lasts.  The unit features a simplistic and intuitive interface – so therapy can be carried with fewer complications.  With a 50cc collection canister, exudate can be removed from the dressing effectively, avoiding potential issues such as pooling or contamination caused by exudate accumulating on the wound surface.
